Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to the HeartOn app and this website, run from India by Anil Kumar. By creating an account or using HeartOn, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use HeartOn.
Who can use HeartOn
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your phone and sign-in accounts secure, and for what happens in your HeartOn account.
What HeartOn is, and isn’t
HeartOn suggests simple activities for couples to do together. The suggestions are ideas, not instructions or professional advice. HeartOn is not a dating, matchmaking, counselling or therapy service.
Only do an activity if you and your partner both want to, and use your own judgement about safety, health and comfort. If your relationship needs professional help, please contact a qualified professional.
Free cards and Premium
- HeartOn is free to download, and gives you a free card at regular intervals, as shown in the app.
- HeartOn Premium unlocks more cards and features. The price, what it includes and whether it renews are shown in the app before you buy, and may change for future purchases.
- Premium is sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Their terms apply to the payment, including renewals, cancellation and refunds. If Premium renews, you can cancel it in your store account settings.
- If you think a purchase didn’t unlock Premium, use Restore in the app or write to us.
Your content
Notes and photos you save as memories stay yours. You allow us to store them and show them back to you, and nothing more; they are never shared or shown publicly. Please only save content you have the right to save.
Fair use
Please don’t misuse HeartOn: no attempting to break into accounts or systems, no automated scraping, no copying or reselling our cards, and nothing unlawful.
Our content
The HeartOn name, logo, app, website and card content belong to HeartOn. You may use them only to use HeartOn for yourself.
Ending your use
You can stop using HeartOn and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Disclaimers and liability
HeartOn is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, HeartOn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens while you do an activity. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use HeartOn means you accept the update.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
